A dark future revealed, a mad wizard, and defying the will of a God. What more could someone ask for in a day? In the case of Thorgal he could probably do without all of it actually. The Adventure Company presents to us Curse of Atlantis: Thorgal's Quest. Where players will guide Thorgal in what starts as an adventure across the island to save the life of his son but soon goes beyond that by sucking Thorgal into other realms of the past and even the dead.
The game consists of about 4-6 hours of game play from my experience. While not extremely long, if you get stuck in the puzzles you can add on quite a few hours with ease to this. Little is actually presented for help as the systems are random and at the time I had little clue as to what I was doing other than forming odd shapes in hopes that I would get it right. Even though frustrating it proved enjoyable once I did manage to solve the puzzle using a U shape for my pattern. The game doesn't stop at that, many other puzzles and tricks are needed to move on as well through the environments such as the wonderful game of dodging that is played to prevent being vaporized between electric security walls.
