The hundred years war is one of those events that for most games seems impossible to perform without losing the interest of most audiences, often RTS games are left to handle the task with huge legions of sprites and slowdown or limited access over troops. As you can see this gets pretty nuts. I was running an 8500LE at normal 8500 Speeds and it struggled quite a bit to push full detail with moderate settings, the levels are huge, so take some caution when setting things up. Go mild then skip up until you find a spot where it's suitablne. The game provides a handy video section to adjust details for the background and the dynamic grass. Using these it can eliminate quite a bit of the slowdown. With all the requirements and little tweak notes lets get moving!
